step 5 i read along in every meeting i attend. I need to keep in mind how it truly works, that half measures have availed me nothing in 15 months in the program. this is again day two for me. When I shine away from pages 65-68 I listen to that inner voice that tells me i am not an alcoholic after all, and pick up again.
I need to stay close to my higher power, the minute i put him on a shelf, even for a moment, i start to get those thoughts.
God, grant me the serenity!!!
