		<description>Much of the purging, removal of the past &quot;dirt&quot; comes through the actions taken with others to forgive and be forgiven. This goes counter to the impulse of self to do otherwise. 

Knowing my defects, working on them and correcting the wrong I have done is the action I must take. Self-forgiving is not in my program, self-forgetting is.</description>
